4. Copy and Paste (Replace) content of "LICENSE" folder in-to the installed folder

   "C;\Program Files\TuneUp Utilities 2012\"

   COPY ONLY THE CONTENTS OF LICENSE FOLDER, NOT ENTIRE FOLDER

5. OK
